I am not a dentist.  I am only any good at organizing and running things.

Before setting up Libran I had spent many years running a large dental practice, and I have hands on experience of the strain the principals are put under when they have to take on a managerial role as well as providing quality dental care. 

 Libran was started 7 years ago when a few dentists asked for support in managing their practices. It became very obvious that there was a demand for a no-nonsense, clear set of systems.  There is no magic answer to a well run, efficient practice but there are some ground rules which can make the world of difference.

My aim is to increase efficiency and profits in practices, whilst helping practitioners retain their independence.
