Lyndsay Lucocq, BSc (Hons)
Lyndsay Lucocq of the Libran Management Consultancy Services Limited has a wealth of experience in the field of dental practices and the dental world.
For over 10 years she managed 4 large dental practices where she gained the hands on experience necessary to be in the position to support dentists in the building, managing and developing a dental practice. She then took time out to gain an honours degree in Psychology.
Libran Management was established because she identified that dentists need support to be in a position of keeping their independence and surviving the current developments occurring in dentistry. The main areas of concern identified were the development of a strategic future development plan and the introduction of systems to ensure good management.
From past experience, she is sure, that as far as practice management is concerned, there is no one magic answer to a well run efficient practice. However, there are some sound ground rules, which if followed, can make a world of difference to the quality of life for the principal and his team, the service offered to his patients and the overall profits generated.
Patrick Lucocq, BSc Cert Mgt PCBH BCSH
Patrick Lucocq is a consultant and therapist with over twenty years business experience. In the 1990's he started, grew and developed his own business.
Following the successful sale of his business in 2001, Patrick developed his corporate consulting skills while following his personal interest in non-medical pain relief for dental patients.
Patrick is a Dental Technology graduate with a Certificate in Professional Management and Diplomas in both Clinical and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.
